About Bobby Leach

Bobby understands that buying or selling a home can be very stressful: it’s a life-changing experience. He takes great pride in the relationships he builds and always works relentlessly on the client’s behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals. "I am dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized service for all of my clients." Bobby has been referred to as the Jerry Maguire of real estate. “No other Realtor will care more about your goals than I will.”

Prior to Bobby’s career in real estate, he was Manager of Special Projects, serving as the Product Owner for $450M of projects at Seven & I Holdings (#178 on Global 500). Before this, he was the Director of implementation at Aprima Medical Software, leading project management and implementation teams, rolling out Electronic Health Records (EHR) & Patient Management (PM) software in hospitals and private practices. He also is an Adjunct Business & Marketing Professor at a local college.

Before transitioning to the private sector, Bobby served in the Air Force for 20 years. He was credited with over 10 saves of pilots behind enemy lines. In addition, he led the team that planned and executed the AIREVAC mission transporting the first female POW Jessica Lynch from Iraq to Germany for lifesaving medical care.

Bobby is a lifelong learner and is obsessed with providing value to his clients. He completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Finance and Marketing concentrations, Master Science (MS) Information Systems, Bachelor of Science (BS) Human Resources Development, and four Graduate Certificate programs in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, Human Resources, and Business Intelligence.
